The Flo Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff by Moen is a whole-home water protection device installed directly on your main water supply line. It operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — monitoring your home's water flow, pressure, and temperature to detect leaks before they cause serious damage.
Using artificial intelligence, the device learns your household's normal water usage patterns. When it detects something unusual — even a leak as small as one drop per minute — it sends an alert to your phone and can automatically shut off your water supply to prevent damage.
The system is managed through a free smartphone app with no required monthly subscription fees.
