Cold Temperatures Arriving

Summer is gone and Fall is bringing in some cold overnight temperatures that will cause all sorts of problems with frozen pipes. Please make sure to turn your water off at the meter if you are not going to be there for long periods of time. We have seen many cabins flooded and large water bills from frozen burst pipes. If lines are exposed under you cabin now would be the time to wrap them in heat tape or insulation noodles.
